Kemmerer Village is currently hiring for the following positions, but will accept applications of interest in all positions.

Cottage Treatment Coordinator- Kemmerer Village is seeking a Cottage Treatment Coordinator position for our residential department. This position will work with our boys and girls cottages and assess their needs. The Treatment Coordinator will work under the guidance of the child’s therapist and will play a role in attending court, ACRs and family meetings/staffings. The Treatment Coordinator will meet with parents/caseworkers/etc to ensure appropriate coordination of services occurs. This position works primarily in an office environment but has some travel. Monday-Friday 9a-5p with 1 weekend day per month. Qualifications: must meet the criteria for a Mental Health Professional designation.

Community Services Caseworker- Caseworker’s provide supervision of and casework services to children in Foster Care. This individual will consult, plan and communicate with foster parents. Applicants must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Development, Counseling or related field. Must have a Child Welfare Employee License or the ability to obtain license within the first 90 days of employment. Must have Valid Illinois Driver's License. Maintenance- Knowledge of tools and equipment along with carpentry and plumbing skills helpful. Work schedule Monday through Friday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Full benefit package including medical, dental and vision plans.

Residential Counselor- Responsibilities include facilitating positive interactions among residents, teaching and promoting daily living skills, general supervision, and crisis management. Bachelor degree in a Human Services field or Psychology preferred, and experience working with disadvantaged youth helpful. Must be 21 years of age or older and have a current, valid Illinois driver’s license. Drug screening and criminal background check conducted. $11-$13.25 per hour starting wages. 4 day on/4 day off rotating schedule. Full benefit package including medical, dental and vision plans.
