Brian Traughber is in his 36th year of service to Kemmerer Village residents and staff. He is the long time Director of Human Resources, but prior to that he served in the capacities of Houseparent (Resident Counselor), Social Services Counselor, Director of Cottage Life (twice), Director of Admissions and Director of Staff Development. Between stints at Kemmerer Village, Brian was involved in instructional activities at the high school and community college levels and served as Program Director for at-risk youth. He graduated from E.I.U. with a B.S. Degree in Comprehensive Vocational Business Education with a Marketing emphasis and has several human resources credits to the graduate level. He holds a Certificate in Fundamentals of Human Resources from the American Management Association and an HR Department of One Specialty Credential from the Society of Human Resources.
